In this role, you will spearhead the formulation and execution of plans and strategies to establish new export markets to increase Rocell’s global footprint with its extensive range of Tiles and Bathware.

Responsibilities

● Establish a dedicated export channel for Rocell via exploring potential markets, customer segments, competitive landscapes and other demand factors, to promote the extensive range of Rocell Tiles and Bathware.

● Strategize, formulate and execute export plans with a clear understanding of the aforementioned market-based indicators to achieve business deliverables (topline and bottomline delivery).

● Establishing clear market entry and go-to-market strategies which includes the correct marketing mix – i.e. portfolio, pricing, channels (online and offline), promotions and resource requirements

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (with a preference for international marketing qualifications).

● A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity in international marketing/exports

● Experience in international trade contracts, treaties, free trade agreements, tariff, trade and other regulatory affairs in global markets will be expected

● Skills in cross-cultural negotiations, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
