Senior Manager – HR Business Partnering
Description
- As an HR Business Partner, the person will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions.
- The person will create the complete people strategy that will support staff in realizing their ambitions
- The person will partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how the company staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize work.
- The person will also have the opportunity to work side-by-side with leaders to get things done on a variety of people-related areas.
- As core part of this work will be rolling out programs to support staff, including compensation, performance, and talent programs.
- You will require to Develop strategic HR Business plan for portfolio / division in line which meets portfolios/divisions business requirements
- Ensure yearly Man Power Planning for the group is finalised and it in line with the overall business objectives.
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the and manage difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
Entry Requirements
- Ideal candidate should have 8-10 years’ experience in similar capacity Employee Relations experience
- You should possess a Degree and/or relevant professional qualification in HRM
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resource disciplines, for example, employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, staffing, and state employment laws
- Proven experience of managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives
- The role will report to Group Chief Corporate and People officer
