Skills & Qualifications
• A Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Professional Qualification
• Over 10 years experience in HR
• Experience in Rewards, HR analytics and HR Digitization, preferably in a multinational organization
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Tools
• Exposure to Power BI/ Tableau will be an added advantage
• Sound understanding of local labor laws
Responsibilities
• Design, modify and implement Compensation and Benefits programs
• Assist in benchmarking of compensation and Benefits programs
• Develop and present in depth People Analytics for decision making
• Improve process efficiencies, by automating HR processes
• Design, modify and implement HR Policies and Procedures
• Responsible for Job evaluation, and job architecture
• Design, and execute Employee life cycle surveys, and recommend areas for improvement
• Manage the broader Performance Management Process
