Key purpose of the Job

You will be responsible for ensuring that the sample development process from tech pack receipt to bulk approval is executed smoothly, to the satisfaction of the Management and the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve relevant pre-defined customer sales and marketing targets of the assigned buyer and coordinate the execution of garment manufacturing up to handing over to bulk.
2. Ensure sales budgets are achieved and drive the defined KPIs.
3. Conduct market research and enhance customer base.
4. Implement appropriate pricing strategies used in line with customer expectations as to secure required business at the most profitable level.
5. Develop, monitor and maintain development data bases (pricing/fabric) for orders and manage Time & Action plans with customers and internal teams.
6. Ensure a systematic and process-oriented approach to work whilst being extremely solution-focused

Education

Possess a University Degree preferably in Finance, Mathematics or Statistics or be professionally qualified in CIMA or possess an equivalent qualification.

Experience

A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity will be an advantage.
Aptitude to work with any cross functional team.
Possess good time management and task prioritizing capabilities.
Have effective communication skills and the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Be methodical and have the aptitude for constructive analysis.
