Key purpose of the Job

The Sample RM Sourcing Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating Sample RM development and procurement requirements for the assigned customers.
Includes understanding of tech pack specifications, sample RM development, price negotiations, procurement from suppliers, coordination of sample RM receipt, adherence to process requirements, etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Sample RM development with suppliers, including supplier identification, cost negotiations, sample approvals, etc.
2. Coordinate the procurement of Sample RM, including order confirmation, PO release, RM follow up, etc.
3. Liaise with the suppliers and internal teams for achievement of the sourcing objectives, including OTT, process adherence, etc.
4. Prepare documentation and reporting for Sample RM sourcing activities, as per procedure
