Senior Process Associate (Local)
Infomate (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group and provides outsourced Accounting & Payroll Services to the companies within the John Keells Group and other local and foreign clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily Banking activities including Posting and Clearing
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
- Handling Payments through Bank Portals
- Handling Payment Queries
- Preparation of Tax Reports (VAT and Stamp duties mainly) and initiate the bank transfers
- Acknowledgement the VAT Returns, Submit and acknowledgement of Stamp duties through RAMIS.
- Preparation of Tax Reconciliations
- Providing Details to Internal and External Auditors
- Preparation of Monthly Journal Entries
- Liaising with Banks, IRD, Global Support Teams
Person Specifications
- Degree in Management (Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce) and or Part Qualification in ACCA, CIMA or CMA
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking and Taxation Activities
- Exposure with Auditors, other external parties and Banks
- Strong knowledge in Accounting and Finance
- Experience in SAP
- Excellent Command in English
- Knowledge in MS Power BI would be a definite advantage
