Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback to find potential issues before features are implemented
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and executing quality testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts, in collaboration with the developers
- Lead regression testing planning and execution
- Identify and document issues and bugs
- Work closely with the development team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Be the quality advocate for the product and coach the team on how to improve quality
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience working in a product based / agile environment
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
An added bonus if you have:
- Having worked with the testing of mobile apps
- Experience with JavaScript-based testing framework
