- Seeking Software Engineer (Frontend) to lead a team of high-performing software engineers
Responsibilities
- Lead Engineers to enhance the product based on functional requirements
- Own engineering excellence and operational readiness of the service, ensuring that key milestones are met delivered and of the highest quality
- Collaborate and mentor Support Engineers to solve complex RCA issues, as well as executing reactive and long term fixes
- Assisting other Support Engineers on complex RCA issues
Essential
Ideal Profile:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a track record of delivery
- Experience in problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Proven design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and highly-available cloud-based web apps
- Strong understanding of the SDLC Activities including: Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Post-Production Support
Preferred
- MicroServices based development experience would be advantageous
- Domain Driven Development knowledge and modeling complex business domains preferred
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including practices like CI/CD and Test-Driven Development ideal
- Familiarity with UX principles for creating delightful Customer Experiences favored
