We are seeking exceptional Senior Software Engineers to join the ParentPay Development team in Sri Lanka, where you will contribute to the design and improvement of our products and help us extend our growing market leading position.Our Technologies

Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the product, functionality and architecture
- Analyse requirements with an eye to wider business impact and design efficient solutions
- Produce high quality, scalable software
- Train junior developers
- Adopt industry best practices and organisational coding standards
- Produce clean and efficient code
- Test and debug produced code
- Version control according to best practices
- Create and update technical documentation
Skills And Attributes Required
- Proficient in developing full stack web applications
- Experience of developing both existing and new web applications and APIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude towards learning and developing skills
- Ability to function as a team player
- Good understanding of agile software development process
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Deep understanding of software design and architectural patterns
- Leadership skills
Educational/Professional Qualifications & Minimum Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the software industry
- A degree in a relevant technical discipline or an equivalent professional qualification
- Mobile Software Development Experience will be an added advantage
