Senior Solutions Developer – Robotic Process Automation

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Solutions Developer. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.
The Senior Solutions Developer – Robotic Process Automation will be responsible for:
- Analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities and assessing automation feasibility
- Effort estimates, solution design and technical documentation
- Solution implementation and maintenance
- Guiding and mentoring the junior team members
- Liaising with the customers and other stake holders
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or the equivalent, with 3 to 4 years of experience in Automation, candidates with a QA background are encouraged to apply
- An in-depth understanding of RPA, IPA, SPA tools and their capabilities (UiPath, Work fusion, blue prism, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL
- Scripting knowledge (java, excel macros/VB Scripting, JavaScript, Perl, Groovy)
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal communication skills and leadership skills
