About the job:

PFEC Global is a leading education consultancy firm with operations in Australia, Sri Lanka, India, and Bangladesh. We have been setting the industry benchmark since 2006. We are looking for smart, energetic, and quick-witted candidates with excellent communication skills to join our team as Senior/Student Counselor- Australia.

Job Responsibilities

• Being the right mentor to the students and parents in enrollment decision-making for studying in Australia
• Staying updated with the strategies and rules of higher education, visa, migration, and language assessment tests
• Communicating confidently to prospective clients with accurate information
• End-to-end support in documentation and visa processing
• Keeping good coordination with headquarters and Australian offices (if applicable) of PFEC Global.
• Phone and email follow-up with prospective clients
• Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.

Experience Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience of Australia education consultancy sector as a Student Counselor.
• Having USA Counselling experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation from government-approved public/private universities.

Additional Requirements

• Should be ambitious and goal-oriented
• Experience and sound knowledge in University Admission and visa Processing.
