- Degree BSc in IT/ Computer Science/ Physical Science or relevant professional qualification
- AWS/ GCP/ Azure Certifications (Associate and Above)
- Experience in similar business areas and domains
- Experience in pre-sales or implementation
Main Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain all aspects of cloud based infrastructure
- Write orchestration and automation code
- Ensure uptime and availability of Cloud services and participate in on-call duty
- Provide guidance to development teams and ensure implementation, performance and security criteria are met
- Implementing CICD and automation on Cloud
- Implement and improve monitoring and alerting
- Assist partners/system users to resolve their technical issues and provide clarifications on queries
- Constantly evaluate and improve current cloud governance and CloudOps processes or design and implement new processes to meet up to date requirements
- Support presales engagements with public cloud technical solutioning and proposal documentation
- Interfacing with clients for service inquiries, requirement gatherings and technical presentations as and when required
