Job Description (Posting).

1. Must possess excellent oracle pl/sql coding and troubleshooting skills
2. Must have strong performance tuning experience
3. Must have good background in retail supply chain domain
4. Must possess ability to understand application modules functionally & technically in context to retail supply chain
5. Should be able to reverse engineer code in order to understand business logic
6. Must possess excellent ability to do detailed impact analysis before making code change recommendations
7. Should be able to troubleshoot incidents and identify root cause
8. Should be flexible to work in shifts
9. Should have excellent communication skills

. (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

(2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

(3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview.

(4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
