Site Engineer- (Hayleys Group)

Job Responsibilities 

♦ Ability to manage a team of qualified technical supervisors
♦ Ability to plan and monitor the scheduled activities
♦ Good leadership qualities in managing a team of a qualified diverse workforce
♦ Report day to day activities to the project manager
♦ Monitor progress against scheduled activities and take mitigation measures for the delayed activities as per ♦ advice from the project manager
♦ Implement health and safety procedures on work site
♦ Proven ability ineffective management of logistics and materials

 Candidate Profile

♦ 6 – 8 years Experience in Similar Capacity
♦ BSC Engineering / Diploma BTEC
♦ Sound Mathematical and IT Skills
♦ Ability to think methodically and manage projects
♦ Problem-solving skills
♦ Ability to work with deadlines and within Budgets
♦ Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
