This role is part of TikTok’s Small and Medium Team (SMB) for APAC. The SMB team works with advertisers across the region, helping them onboard and find success on TikTok. Being part of the team would mean being directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results through consultation. The team is made of dynamic, savvy, engaged individuals who are passionate about the region and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

– Lead the SMB Training & Development team across the region to design and expand enablement programmes based on the needs of the team, including onboarding and upskilling the Sales team

– Partner closely with global SMB Training team to build and drive global strategy into the region

– Collaborate with SMB Sales, Support and Vendor teams to adapt training programs to the needs of the business, including onboarding and upskilling on product & processes.

– Partner with the SMB regional head and country manager to define training strategy for the region with clearly defined plans

– Build a strong team of training specialists to drive impact into the SMB team through coaching and development

– Define processes to ensure training evaluations are conducted and actions are made to ensure all training provided is impactful

– React immediately to address any enablement gaps identified in training programs to ensure learners take away key learning objectives

– Build strong alliances with key stakeholders of the Sales team including Product and Marketing teams to ensure any training required aligns with the enablement strategy and methodology, whilst owning the entire training calendar for the SMB team

– Stay connected on current learning/teaching trends and adopt innovative approaches to drive impactful learning for the sales team to result in high performance.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required; 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in HR, Training or Related Field

– Experience working in multiple territories in APAC/Global to drive enablement

– Experience managing projects and programs (sales development/strategy, training, communications, marketing, account management) at the market level and in partnership with cross-functional teams

– Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; experience working with a multi-cultural organisation

– Experience in working in large MNCs supporting sales business

– Experience and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape

– Ability to link training to performance and quality using measurable

– Experience designing and implementing effective training and development though adopting of multiple learning approaches, eg. eLearning, F2F/Virtual classroom and webinars, video presentations, and workbook based practice

– Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
