Software Automation Engineer
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress & Appium
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies and plans
- Work closely with developers to integrate automation testing into the continuous integration and deployment pipeline
- Maintain & improve the test suites
- Analyze and report test results to stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other engineering activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
- Lead the automation testing efforts and provide mentorship to junior team members
- Continuously research and evaluate new testing technologies and methodologies to improve the test automation process
