Software Engineer
Responsibilities
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Understand project requirements and carry out technical assessment
- Perform full life-cycle development
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers, build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Troubleshooting existing scripts (MVC based – Especially Laravel)
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Meet to the agreed-upon delivery schedules
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in relevant projects in PHP frameworks: Laravel and CodeIgniter.
- SQL database or relational database skills
- Understanding of OOP, MVC architecture and database designing
- Experience in REST APIs and other Web Services will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience in using GIT, SVN for the version controller.
