Software Quality Assurance Analyst – Automation and Manual Testing

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Software Quality Assurance Analyst. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure software quality
- Identifying and reporting defects, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve them
- Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements are met
- Conducting UI, functional, regression, and smoke testing appropriately
- Participating in design reviews, code reviews, and other technical discussions to ensure quality standards are met
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to testing activities
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Experience with software testing tools and methodologies
- Experience working with automation frameworks and automating test cases using Appium, Selenium web driver, Protractor, or similar tools
- Familiarity with programming languages and database concepts
- Experience in API testing, Apache JMeter and be conversant in DevOps development practices and Test Management tools
