Software Support Developer
We are seeking a talented Support Software Developer to join our team. As a Support Software Developer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, with a primary focus on development, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for critical queries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to address client needs and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to database queries and application functionality.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify, prioritize, and address bugs and enhancements.
- Perform SQL Server administration tasks, including data import/export and ensuring data integrity.
- Develop and maintain C# Windows applications to enhance product functionality and address client requirements.
- Utilize Azure features such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of .NET Core web applications and Angular frontend as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with expertise in SQL query optimization and complex stored procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in C# programming for Windows application development.
- Experience with SQL Server administration tasks, including data import/export and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Azure services, particularly Logic Apps and Azure Functions (experience is a plus).
- Experience with .NET Core web application development and Angular framework is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working days – Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday if there is any urgent requirement)
Work Mode – Hybrid
