Solutions Lead
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales team in terms of Presales and Business Analysis whilst providing technical guidance and training
- Review pre-sales solutions and product presentations, use appropriate techniques to refine, decompose, review and validate contents as per the solution scope
- Identify, understand, negotiate and document business requirements with various groups (internal and external) and produce world-class proposal
- Partner with solution consultants to ensure requirements are traceable, well communicated and aligned to the overall solution vision
- Identify and facilitate necessary trainings (presales and BA), objectively improve efficiency and productivity of the team’s performance
- Work on optimizing current tools, processes and procedures for both Presales and BA teams to ensure smooth team operation and effective collaboration
- Ensure that the technical sales team is skilled and empowered to achieve their roles and responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field of study for Software Development and Project/Program Management preferred
- Extensive product and program management experience with techniques such as use case analysis, data / process mapping and requirements documentation is highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise using written & verbal communication skills to distill technology projects into understandable and compelling executive level presentations
- Domain knowledge in the Telecom and Health will be an added advantage
- Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
