Storage Engineer

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

– Executes business critical task and plan in scope for operations support, change or recovery are completed correctly in a timely and efficient manner​
– Performs routine daily operations, Schedule Changes, fault detection and troubleshooting for LSEG managed infrastructure and networks globally.​
– Identify and troubleshoot deficiencies in systems, services and procedures, and provides hands on solution on queries for changes or recovery efforts responsible for escalation as per service levels and documentation.​
– Produce routine daily logs, exception reports and reports on major service incidents and problem management.​
– Contributes to technical exchanges with internal stakeholders during incident or solution definition​
– Follows ITSM processes and overall execution framework to maintain SLA and SLO.

Qualifications & Experience

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline​
– First experience in IT desirable
– Demonstrable expertise in relevant operation technology
– ITIL certification is desirable.​
