Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Student Counselor at Belmont Institute of Higher Education. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, including student and career counseling. They will also handle customer service inquiries and provide assistance to students in their educational journey. This is an on-site role located in Colombo. Qualifications

• Strong skills in student counseling and career counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing customer service
• Background in education or related field
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of individuals
• Experience in a higher education setting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field

• Successfully create opportunities from new and existing learners
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with learners
