Support & Implementation Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement the Cemex HRM system at client sites, perform a product walk through after client side implementation
- Understand the customer and build customer relationships
- Conducting user training and attend to customer issues
Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma / Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology
- Knowledge of .Net programming, SQL Server, SSRS, Azure and IIS
- 1 year implementation experience
- Human Resource Management domain knowledge will be an added advantage
