Talent Acquisition Executive (Healthcare Recruitments)
In this role, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top healthcare talent for our international clients.
What You’ll Do
Partner with our Business Development team to understand client needs and identify ideal candidate profiles.
Utilize your international healthcare network and expertise to source top talent across various specialties.
Proactively build relationships with passive candidates and generate interest in Envoy Ortus opportunities.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Stay current on international healthcare trends, regulations, and visa requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies for the international market.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally with a focus on international placements.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top healthcare professionals.
In-depth knowledge of the international healthcare industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of international employment regulations and visa processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Fluency in English
