We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to work closely with the line managers in supporting recruitment needs by providing expertise at all levels of the recruitment cycle.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in handling the technical recruitments in IT industry
• Degree or professional level qualification in HRM
• Prior experience in establishing and managing relationships with universities and potential candidates.
• Experience in handling social media and other channels to proactively source candidates
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and service-minded individual
• Ability to work independently
• Prior working experience in the IT industry would be an added advantage
