The Role

If you are an ambitious person who wants to step into Talent Acquisition with a strong knowledge of HRM and the ability to adopt new responsibilities as needed, we want to hear from you.


    • Bachelors degree or professional qualification in the field of Human Resources – full or partial completion.
    • Formulate job advertisements and publish on relevant platforms.
    • Communicate with candidates to organize interviews and to follow up with the recruiters and coordinate on technical assessments passed to the applicants.
    • Liaise with candidates to establish goodwill and to provide details on the available roles.
    • Coordinate with the clients and schedule interview and make sure the interview happened on time.
    • Take part in university career fairs and job fairs.
    • Maintain relations with the finance team to ensure timely payments to employees on successful referrals and sourcing partners on successful placements.
    • Update the ATS system time to time and keep it up to date.
    • Good command in English
