• Participate in architectural discussions and make decisions on technology selection.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain advancements and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role.
• Real-life experience in developing and deploying blockchain solutions for practical use cases.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contract development, and DApps.
• Proficiency in programming languages used in blockchain development.
• Previous leadership experience and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
