Short Description
The Executive functions as part of the team in Centre for Experiential Learning that drives and supports the activities of its programmes, courses and events.
Job Description
- Provide system support i.e. SIMS 2.0, InPlace, Certificate Management System etc
- Provide technical support at workshops, talks and events
- Manage support in communication, marketing and publicity matters of CEL i.e. CEL Webpage on SUSS Website, MySUSS Intranet and CEL Event Calendar
- Assist with MOE data and reports; and statistics and surveys reports
- Assist with any other tasks and duties assigned by the Director and his/her Supervisor
- Participate in University-wide events and activities
- Attend training and development courses relevant to work and/or personal development
Job Requirements
Academic Education
- At least a bachelor degree (preferably in Information Technology)
Training and Experience
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience, experience in the use of e-learning and multimedia technology would be of great advantage.
- Is able to work independently, meticulous, work under pressure. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; and a high level of integrity
- Strong coordination, administrative and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional applications.
