Technical Officer – Access Network Planning

Description

Responsible integrating new sites and upgrades to the network with positive impact to the customer perceived service quality
Provide Regional Nominal Plan for each Budget Plan (BP) in order to achieve the target coverage and quality requirements
Revise Regional site plan as per business requirement in order to make sure filtering process will add value
Preparation of Regional Seasonal capacity plan to make sure the provision of adequate service levels to customers
Improve 2G & 3G Radio network performance within the region in order to resolve problems and make recommendations for improving Quality of service levels
Daily 2G & 3G Network QOS Monitoring & Trouble shooting within the region in order to identify network problems resolve
Visit Customer premises as and when required in order to collect field data and provide solutions
Responsible for Timely identification solutions for customer complaints

Entry Requirements

A/L in Maths / Technology Stream
NVQ level 5/IVQ level 5 qualification (Following or Completed)
HNDE/NDT/NDES/Diploma in Technology / Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Technology
