Company Description
SRQ Robotics is an electronic designing and manufacturing company with the primary focus of developing smart electronics, wearable, household electronics, automation systems, robotics and drones etc. We are dealing with US and Europe based clients at the moment.
Job brief
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to get new projects for the company. This candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills. The candidate should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy. The candidate will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Manage “lead generation” campaigns
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Market knowledge
• Time management and planning skills
• Social Media handling skills
To stand out from others
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• 2+ years’ prior industry related business development experience
• Top level idea on electronics and robotics industries
Salary
• 80k+ based on the expertise and experience
