Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person in the office
• Generate help desk system reports for management review

Qualifications

• Age below 25 years
• Passed G.C.E Advance level
• Previous work experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS office, internet email and computerized environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
