Trainee Merchandiser

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Attending style hand over meetings & sharing details with relevant parties (sample, technical teams).

•Follow up with sample room / garment tech to get all bulk RM consumption for bulk purchasing.

•Updating bill of material & raising purchase orders / transfer allocation related bulk purchasing & ensure to get RM inhouse on time.

•Timely follow up of bulk related sample submission and approvals.

•Effectively managing critical path ensuring 100% customer coordination and on time performers.

•Attending weekly critical path meeting, ensure to update all status & check GRN status before present.

•Develop / source any related bulk raw material & follow up / correspondence with suppliers.

•To conduct all aspects of sampling and testing according to company SOPs & coordinate with other departments such as technical as & when required.

•Ensure to send the style file / trim card to factory before the PP meeting.

•Attending the PP meeting with factory team / technical team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

•Certificate/Diploma in relevant field

•Previous experience will be an added advantage.

•Good knowledge in English language coupled with communication skills.
