Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent qualifications related to the field from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Understanding of web/mobile, design, and development, with a portfolio that demonstrates your experience creating great user-centric design solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Good organizational, presentation, and listening skills to work with users and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with popular design tools and software e.g. Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in Agile and UX development environments and frontend development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with CSS preprocessors.
- Experience with JavaScript frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js or Angular would be advantageous.
- Experience with PHP and WordPress will be advantageous.
- Ability to think creatively with artistic eye for design.
- An understanding of the latest design trends and their usages.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and the ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
