The ESM Business Unit at IFS is recruiting a UX/UI Designer with the flair to design highly intuitive solutions.

As a UX/UI designer, you will be key member of our product team, ensuring new solutions are delivered with a creative design. We expect you to be a good team player with an agile mindset, a solid understanding of the design process and the ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

·       Design solutions for multiple screens/devices (responsive design) and browsers

·       Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes

·       Engage with requirement owners, customers and other business stakeholders

·       Communicate the design processes with all relevant parties

·       Promote design thinking within the development team and the wider organization

·       Keep up to date with current trends in visual communication and adopt new concepts

·       Validate designs with user tests

Requirements

·       Solid UX design experience of at least 5 years, preferably in the production of web and mobile enterprise software

·       A passion for emerging technologies and hunger to innovate

·       Strong UI prototyping skills

·       Experience in mapping and understanding user journeys

·       Experience in creating and working with design systems, components and patterns

·       Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, information architecture and user-centered design practices

·       An impressive portfolio of previous successful UX projects

·       UX testing with stakeholders

·       Proven ability to work independently at a detailed level with limited supervision as well as working effectively as part of a team

·       Can communicate and influence confidently at all levels

Desirable

·       Knowledge of IT Service and Operations Management

·       Experience of working in an iterative software development environment

·       Experience of using an agile planning tool

·       Strong interview techniques and workshop facilitation skills
