About the Opportunity:

Responsible for cultivating and signing new accounts and achieve revenue targets as budgeted and agreed.


Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the pursuit of new client acquisition
• Identify prospects and facilitate a collaborative team sales approach with the appropriate Kognitiv team members
• Responsible for pipeline management and owning the end-to-end sales process.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with existing and new clients as a way to drive and foster upselling opportunities.

Background & Experience

  • Ideally have 10+ years of experience across the following competencies:
    • Experienced C-Suite sales leadership and relationships
  •   Demonstrate a consistent and proven track record of achievement in sales and sales leadership.
    • A background in either the B2B travel sector, the loyalty sector, customer data/analytics/insight is essential for this role.
    • Solid experience in influencing internally and externally to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Experience of successful complex negotiations, with multiple stakeholders.
    • Tenacity to develop initiatives to overcome objections in a fast-paced environment.
    • An ability to identify strategic partners but also think tactically.
    • Deep understanding of the benefits of “platform as a service”
    • Understanding of industry budgeting approach (timing, considerations, planning)
    • Strong experience in industry facts and figures, ability to uncover and clearly articulate key business imperatives, establish assumption to drive commercial modeling
