Salary Range: USD 1,000 – 1,200 (part-time)

We are a global BPO company looking for a Webflow Developer. As a Webflow Developer, your role involves integrating AI solutions into Webflow projects, building and maintaining dynamic websites using Webflow, and utilizing no-code platforms like Webflow, Bubble, and WeWeb for web application development.

Project Scope:

Develop and Integrate AI Solutions:

• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI functionalities into Webflow projects.

Build and Maintain Websites:

• Design and develop dynamic websites using Webflow, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

No-Code Development:

• Utilize no-code platforms such as Webflow, Bubble, and WeWeb to create robust web applications.
• Implement automation workflows with tools like Zapier and n8n.io to streamline processes.

Backend Development:

• Develop and manage back-end services using tools like Supabase, Xano, Buildship, or Fastgen.
• Work with databases, primarily PostgreSQL, to ensure data integrity and performance.

JavaScript and SQL Integration:

• Implement JavaScript functionalities and SQL queries to enhance application features and data handling.
• Create custom code solutions when necessary to extend the capabilities of no-code platforms.

Agile and Flexible Approach:

• Participate in Agile methodologies to manage projects efficiently.
• Be flexible and ready to jump into various stages of development, including backend tasks and database management.

SaaS Product Development:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of SaaS products, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Proactive and Responsive:

• Take initiative in learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
• Be responsive to project needs and feedback, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and no-code tools.
• Show a willingness to learn coding and enhance your technical skills through hands-on projects and training.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a no-code developer, with a focus on Webflow and other no-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and SQL, with practical experience in developing tech products.
• Familiarity with backend development tools like Supabase, Xano, and Fastgen.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier and n8n.io.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing project needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
