As a software developer, you will

• Work in Front End and/or Back End software development, and if desired, spend 20% of your time as a Scrum Master.
• Contribute to the planning, implementation, documentation, and testing of software functionality, architecture, and user interface.
• Work with our own software products as part of an expert team that strives for success together.

To thrive in the role, you should

• Have at least 5+ experience in software development: You have a strong passion for software development and production and understand the technical aspects through your experience or education.
• You might specialize in Java/JavaScript, servers, user interfaces, or have an interest in specific technologies.
• We use technologies like SpringBoot, JavaEE, JavaScript, Docker, TypeScript, Angular, React, Database Knowledge and familiarity with these technologies will facilitate your success in the role.

• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent work ethics, great attitude, and ability to work in a team under minimum supervision
• Have the discipline to provide the best solutions and drive innovation across the Organization
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to accept challenges and show a prominent level of enthusiasm
• Good Exposure to agile software engineering
• Lead and guide the team in identifying and implementing new technologies
