Job Summary

As a Senior .NET Developer at Olinqua, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring code quality, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to create scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

System Architecture:

• Participate in the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability.
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance the development process.

Code Reviews:

• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with coding standards.

Problem Solving:

• Analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to address challenges.
• Work proactively to identify and mitigate potential risks in the development process.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with a focus on C#.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, and other relevant frameworks.
• Experience with socket communications (e.g., web sockets, SignalR) highly desirable.
• Experience with queuing and bus technologies (e.g., MQTT, Azure Service Bus) highly desirable.
• Database design and development skills, preferably with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS desired but not essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
