Job Purpose

Lead and define internal analytics and data requirements from the various teams in the edotco group (CC & NTC), including documentation and analytics procedures.
Will be part of edotco’s Business Analytics & Data team which serves as the Centre of Excellence for organization-wide reporting, analysis, and advanced analytics
Collaborate cross-functional analytics projects involving data from Engineering and Operations (e.g Correlation of Business Profitability and Operational Efficiency)

Key Accountabilities

• Drive and Manage analytics projects, reviewing, validating, and guiding test plans, data collection, data visualization and analysis.
• Manage the development of dashboards, insights, use cases, and predictive/prescriptive analytical models or solutions to support core business functions such as finance, engineering, and operations with the support of Data Science resources (internal and external)
• Lead discussion with users on understanding business flow and workflow logic
• Serve as a key member of the COE and provides strategic, and organization-wide analysis and reports
• Analyze information, evaluate results, and manage findings as well as connect dots between research, analytics and business goals to develop and communicate insights that inform business strategy and action.
• Synthesize insights from various analytics projects to better understand business future needs and wants for effective decision-making and to predict impact of certain actions 
• Collaborate and serve as an insight resource horizontally across all Digital and Analytics initiatives and functions.
• Managing projects with an analytics vendor to ensure deliverables as per agreed scope

Working Relationship

Internal

• Engagement in edotco group and across NTC from across business function up to Group / NTC Directors
• For Analytics use cases, alignment of deliverables and presentation of the output
• For identification of current data sources, systems, platforms, processes, and models already deployed

External

• Engage other data professionals as part of the Axiata Analytics community
• This is the continuous knowledge sharing and gathers new information on new ways of working and new tools to help enrich the edotco Analytics capabilities
• Engage with vendors and partners
• To assist in ensuring that vendors meet delivery obligations for analytics projects or support
• Identify and run Proof of Concepts (POC) on new tools, platforms, or datasets for edotco Analytics to be considered for adoption

Qualifications & Knowledge

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance Management, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, any relevant field. At least eight years of strategy, business development, business analysis skills and experience
• Project or program management experience/capabilities

Skills & Knowledge

• Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills: 
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful conclusions
• Ability to structure documents (e.g., PowerPoint presentations) to effectively communicate with senior management
• Strong written, oral, and presentation-based communication skills
