This page explains what information Exploreture collects, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have over it.
We only collect what we need to run the platform. Most of it is information you give us yourself when you register, complete your profile, or apply for a job.
When you upload a resume, we read it automatically to pull out details such as your skills and experience. This saves you retyping them and helps match you to suitable roles.
You can review and correct anything that was read incorrectly from your profile page, and the corrected version is what employers see.
An employer sees your profile details, resume and cover letter only after you apply to one of their jobs. Browsing a company page does not reveal you to them.
Employers are required to use what they receive solely to assess you for the role you applied to.
Your information is stored on secure servers, and uploaded documents are held in access-controlled storage. Access within our team is limited to the people who need it to support the service.
No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. Applications and interview records are kept while the employer needs them for their hiring process.
When you close your account we delete or anonymise your information, other than what we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Exploreture is not intended for anyone under 16. If we learn that we hold information about someone under that age, we will delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top. Significant changes will also be announced through the platform.
For any question about your information, or to make one of the requests above, email exploreture.jobs@gmail.com.
Our team is happy to explain anything here in plain language.
