These terms explain what you can expect from Exploreture, and what we expect from you, whether you are looking for work or hiring for a role.
By creating an account, applying for a job, or posting a vacancy on Exploreture, you agree to these terms. If you are using Exploreture on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.
You need to be at least 16 years old to hold a job seeker account, and you must give accurate details when you register.
Employer accounts are for organisations that are genuinely hiring. We may ask for proof that a company is real before its job posts are approved.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Everything on your profile, including your resume and cover letter, should describe you honestly. When you apply for a job, a copy of the relevant profile details is sent to that employer so they can assess your application.
Employers decide their own hiring process. Exploreture does not guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed, or offered a role.
Job posts must describe a real, currently available role, and must not discriminate against candidates on grounds protected by law.
Candidate details you receive through Exploreture may only be used to assess that person for the role they applied to. They must not be sold, shared outside your hiring team, or added to unrelated mailing lists.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give Exploreture permission to store and display that content where it is needed to run the service, such as showing your profile to an employer you applied to, or showing a company profile to job seekers.
We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we may hide a review or a job post while we look into a report about it.
Some features are available on paid packages. The limits and price of each package are shown before you buy it, and the package you choose applies from the moment it is activated.
Unless the law says otherwise, payments already made are not refundable, though you can stop renewing at any time.
We work to keep Exploreture running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may add, change, or withdraw features as the product develops.
If we make a significant change to these terms, we will update the date on this page and let you know through the platform.
Exploreture connects job seekers and employers. We are not a party to any employment relationship, and we are not responsible for hiring decisions, interview conduct, offers, or the accuracy of what another user tells you.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.
If anything on this page is unclear, contact us at exploreture.jobs@gmail.com and we will explain it.
Our team is happy to explain anything here in plain language.
