Key purpose of the Job
Assistant Manager – Functional Consulting is responsible to consult and support the assigned function, arriving at the IT Functional Strategy across SBUs including aligning and prioritizing IT initiatives. This includes working with the assigned functions to define their system initiative roadmaps, change requests (CR) prioritization, new projects/initiatives, identification/roll out of digitization and automation initiatives and serving as a SME for all functional IT applications. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health and Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the particular Function to identify the IT roadmap for that function, including strategic initiatives, new projects, etc.
- Working with cross-functional teams for effective usage and rollout of Enterprise Applications across SBUs
- Becoming a member of RAPID/SFCS core team to lead the solution in functional perspective.
- Providing strategic consulting support and guidance related to technology to the Function
- Contributing to optimize functional resources through digital solution (RAPID, SFCS, etc.)
