Assistant Manager – OrelBuy Operations (E-Commerce)

As the Assistant Manager – Operations of OrelBuy (the e-commerce platform developed and operated by Orel Corporation),
Your responsibilities will include:
– Creating and executing strategies to drive online sales
– Developing and maintaining customer service standards
– Overseeing product fulfilment and distribution as well as managing inventory
– Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient continuation of e-commerce operations
– Effectively communicating and collaborating with other departments (such as marketing, customer service, and IT)
The ideal candidate should
– Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or in a related field
– Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations and/or retail management
– Demonstrate knowledge of the latest web technologies and trends
– Have knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and practices
– Possess excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
– Be able to work independently and as a part of a team
– Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
– Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
