Associate QA Lead

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Practice best QE guideline define by the QE department
• Analyse requirement and technical spec and raise clarification
• Prepare test plan & test strategy
• Functional & Non-functional test case writing, execution & Defect management
• Create and execute NFR strategy
• Lead team for N-N testing, SIT and UAT
• If automation;
• scripting and trouble shoot
• support to enhance the automation framework
• support to implement new tools & technologies
• Responsible for overall quality of the product delivery
• Lead review
• Follow Agile process
• On-time delivery
• Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 6+ year(s) experience
• 4+ year(s) experience in software Engineering.
• Good understanding on basic QA practice
• Knowledge in testing concept and model
• Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
• Hands on experience in test automation tool (Selenium)
• Understanding of CI/CD practice
• Experience in non-functional testing
• Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
