Channel Manager – Bancassurance (Premier Customers)

The Job

The person will be responsible for the overall premier customer channel operation, including achieve channel targets while maintaining a smooth business function. Also developing the team and recruitment of staff and sales administration and build partnership in assigned Banking channel.

He/she will be responsible for:

• Formulate strategies to expand overall channel operations while maintating a strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
• Drive channel supervision and sales team to achieve set business plans
• Initiate new product concepts and strategies to attract premier customer segement of banca partner
• Conduct periodic performance reveiws with Banca partner to ensure the channel performance
• Develop and drive a dynamic team of sales professionals to deliver revenue and customer acquisition targets

The ideal candidate should have:

• A professional Qualification in SLIM / CIM or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• At least 5 years of relevent work experince in Insurance industry
• Clear and continuous track record in performance
• Proven capability in building effective interpersonal skills
• Execellent people management skills and proven leadership and motivations skills in building highly effective team
• Nurture and develop channel relationships
