Consultant – Networking

JKIT has delivered many award-winning solutions to some of the biggest names in Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Consultant – Networking. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Consultant – Cloud Solutions and Services.
The Consultant – Networking will be responsible for
- Monitoring and managing voice, wireless and network infrastructure
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure system integrity
- Monitoring developments in the network industry
- Escalating security risks and violations according to company procedures
- Responding to network inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
- Documenting and communicating problems, solutions, and the implementation process
- Working closely with other production teams and third-party suppliers’ to resolve issues
- Achieving 95% of the SLA for all the service request and incidents
The ideal candidate should possess
- A bachelor’s degree in IT with a minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar capacity
- A deep understanding of cloud security technologies, related architectural network landscape, access management, firewall administration, application support, Cisco SDWAN solutions and cybersecurity principles
- Certifications in either CCNA Routing, PCNSA, or Microsoft Certified in Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Administrator
- Technical experience, experience with numerous cloud technologies is a major plus
