Outsourced eCommerce Director - Seal Global Holdings

Responsibilities

  1. Act as the key strategy partner to the fast-growing TikTok e-commerce team; take a strategic and data-driven approach to provide recommendations on business growth
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce business, including traffic efficiency, user behavior, key stakeholders’ operation strategy (merchants/creators/MCNs), campaign budget management, etc.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high impact projects
  4. Deliver clear and actionable suggestions to business challenges and drive business execution
  5. Provide solid support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking

 

Qualifications

  1. 5-8 years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies or consulting / research / investment firms; owning practical mindset and demonstrating strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities; experience in livestream and e-commerce industry is preferred
  2. Fast learner, highly self-driven with curiosity and structured thinking; deep thinker with a good sense of judgment
  3. Excellent communication skills, can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration; highly responsible, independent, and resilient
  4. Skills such as SQL/Python will be a plus but not mandatory.
