Executive – IT

Infomate (Pvt) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Group and provides outsourced Accounting & Payroll Services to the companies within the John Keells Group and other local and foreign clients.

Responsibilities

• Network management and related infrastructure management and ensure uptime
• Desktop management including OS, office installation and troubleshooting
• Helpdesk management
• Work with software delivery partners in change management
• Project management
• Preventive maintenance in collaboration with Group IT
• Contribute towards information security, vulnerability assessment and strengthening

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience
• Relevant IT qualification
• Experience in Microsoft solutions (Azure, office 365, active directory) will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Citrix will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of English
• Team player, high energy and a fast learner
