Facetone is a local startup specializing in enterprise call center applications and currently catering to leading large and medium sized companies in Sri Lanka. The company is set to rapidly expand across the South East Asian region with its cloud deployments which is scheduled to launch in early 2022.

We are looking for energetic and mission oriented individuals who could join our team and be part of our success story. The selected candidates will get an opportunity to work closely with experienced system architects and technical experts to learn new technologies as well as liaise with global clients and eventually become part of the global call center brand of the future.

Requirements

Provide level 01 support to resolve system issues through ticketed support system within the agreed SLA’s
Willingness to work on a roster basis work hours
Excellent communication skills in English and problem solving skills
Selected candidates will have practical sessions & hands on experience during the internship on cutting edge technologies, Documentation, Client handling and communication and many more.
