CML Insight, Inc., a startup based in the US, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineering Lead to join its growing development team in Sri Lanka. We are building a platform for Causal Machine Learning using bleeding edge technologies with applications in several industries including higher education, fintech and SaaS B2B. We are looking to hire a Machine Learning Engineering Lead to be the Technical Lead in charge of our custom development work related to Causal Machine Learning. You will be working in the exciting environment of an early stage startup where everyone wears several hats and gains experience in many different tasks including customer interaction and project management.

This is a full-time, remote position. You can be based anywhere in Sri Lanka.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
• One year or more experience in leading an engineering team as a Technical Lead
• Strong coding and analytics skills including proficiency in Python and Linux
• A sound knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• Experience in the agile development process
• A good working knowledge of SaaS product development
• Experience in either GCP or AWS
